  • Pics are great fun! Where is this action taking place? Familiar to me is the NY state, USA summer Renaissance Fair about 1 hour outside NY city: mostly creative knights, wenches, thieves, some pirates, a few later date Vikings, and last year my niece was a hobbit! Reenactment groups in my area focus on Old Dutch homesteads, American Indian camp sites, 1776 Revolutionary War and the Civil War.

All this action takes place around the UK on my pictures! We have some very large reenactment society’s dedicated to England in the 8th-11th century when the Viking raids where dominant.
Most the pictures I show are shows I attend with my group (Norse/Irish Vikings) I believe there is a Viking society in the states too!
